DELAYS
VoltiqaElite is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we will resolve it.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
VoltiqaElite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
