REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Sale or discounted items

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at loslumbaresmeduelen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
